Introduction
Inkaculture is a Peruvian based business, located in the picturesque city of Cusco. We are two young women, Peruvian and Australian. With combined backgrounds in the legal profession, handicrafts, international business and freight we have combined our Spanish and English skills, our cultures and our experiences to form a great partnership. A love of Peru, alpaca and local handicrafts together with a genuine love and respect of the people of Peru has enabled a unique business to be shared with the rest of the world.
Inkaculture is a direct link from retail stores around the world to a vast variety of Peruvian arts, crafts and alpaca products. In addition to our extensive website catalogue www.inkaculture.com we are able to manufacture a large variety of garments and gifts on a custom made basis because we have over 65 craftspeople under the Inkaculture banner, producing everything from garments, gourds and artwork to dolls, teddy bears, alpaca fur products, jewellery and pottery.
Inkaculture is proud to be able to work with the skilled craftsmen and women of Peru, to provide them the opportunity to have their products offered to the international retail market and consequently help to sustain a regular income. Inkaculture is a company that respects the skills of the craftsmen, honours ownership of their designs and work and makes every effort to see that due recognition is given to them.
You can buy from Inkaculture, knowing that the craftsmen and women are working from their own homes or villages and by buying from Inkaculture you directly help to provide employment and income to families across the Peruvian Highlands. You can also rest assured that as a valued customer, our integrity, honesty and willingness to help you will result in a service unmatched.

Vision
Use Handicrafts as a mean to inform and bring knowledge of the Handicrafts to everybody, regardless of age, location, and nationality.
Mission
To show to the world, the beauty and mysteries of ancient Cultures, raise people interest and knowledge of Handicrafts, enhance the importance of the Crafts people in the society together with their standing of living, and ultimately helping their Country’s economy.
Business Model
Our business concept is to deal directly with the Crafts people, by travelling to their remote mountainous villages. We always search for the best quality of handicrafts, at a reasonable price.
All our crafts are handmade and come from more than 80 Crafts people of the Cusco Andean region. Basically we are the internet platform allowing the Crafts people to sell their crafts (at NO cost) to the world; we do not buy their goods until it is actually sold on the web, the inventory of crafts we got in our deposit, is not ours, it is kept under “consignation" until it is sold (or until the Craftsman takes it back, or replaces it for another craft). We are the only intermediary between the Craftsman and the buyer.
We offer 2 kinds of sales:
1. Credit card sales: This type of order usually weights between 1kg (2.2 pounds) to 80kg (176 pounds). Delivery from the time of order issuance is about 7 days.
2. Wholesales: This type of order usually involves a minimum ordered quantity of crafts of 60. The time required for the hand making of the order, will vary according to the quantities ordered. Air door to door delivery (after hand making of the order) is about 7 days.
All our prices are in US$.
