Our pricing concept is based on 3 rules:

  

1.      Crafts people spend more time at home (with their families) fulfilling our orders than sitting long hours at outdoor markets trying to sell their Handicrafts to bypassing Tourists 

2.      Crafts people make more than their local market prices 

3.   Online Customers pay less than their local market prices

The InkaCulture pricing concept is made possible by the internet. Through the power of the internet, we are able to give Crafts people and Customers direct access to one another, therefore cutting out all of the middlemen and difficulties in international trade. This ensures a winning situation for everyone. Crafts people sell more efficiently thus maximizing their profits and Customers are able to get unique and very selective hand made items at great prices!



Are prices stable at InkaCulture?

InkaCulture does its utmost to maintain the prices stable throughout the year. However price fluctuation occurs mainly because Crafts people have control over their pricing and can change their prices according to the supply and demand of their products.



Is it safe to use my credit card online at InkaCulture?

Why are there differences of international shipping rates between USA/Canada versus Europe?

Shipping a package from peru to north america and europe is typically very expensive. However, at InkaCulture, you benefit from the bulk discounts we receive from DHL International courier. However because of the greater volume we ship to the USA and Canada, shipping rates for destinations like Europe are higher than USA/Canada.



What is InkaCulture policy about having the Crafts people products being published on our web site?

The idea of InkaCulture is to publish on its web site the Crafts people products, and by using the power of the internet, allow their exclusive hand made crafts to reach global audience of prospective customers. InkaCulture does not charge the crafts people any fees for listing their products on the website. The Crafts people remain fully independent, and they are free to raise their prices, lower their prices, or remove their products from our website, whenever they feel to do so. By cutting out the long strings of middlemen, InkaCulture allows both consumers and Crafts people to get the most out of each and every transaction.



How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Door to door delivery from the time of order issuance, is about 7 days.



Will I be required to pay any import taxes or duties on the products I order?

Absolutely not! By shipping door to door with DHL Air, the shipping fees being charged cover all duties and import taxes all the way to our customer’s door step!



What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

At InkaCulture, we want you to be completely satisfied with every single one of your purchases. We believe that customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority.


For that reason, refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order.
If you would like to exchange one product for another, you will need to follow the return procedures and then submit a completely new order online for the product(s) you would like to purchase. If I return something, will the Crafts people be forced to cover the cost of the product(s)?

Never! InkaCulture accepts full responsibility for all aspects of an order. As such, the Crafts people are financially unaffected by products returns.



What if I don't receive my order?

Be sure to indicate the correct mailing address when you are filling out your order form through CCNOW check out page. InkaCulture is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address.


If you have not received your order and would like to check the status of your order, and if you already have your dhl tracking number, than you can verify the status of your order in our Tracking page.


If you do not know your DHL tracking number, then please contact us through our Contact Us page selecting “I have not received my order yet” topic, and please be sure to note your order number and email address, and verify that the mailing address is correct. A support representative will inform you very shortly of the exact status of you order.



What if my order is incomplete?

If you believe part of your order is missing, please contact InkaCulture support team immediately by sending an email to support@inkaculture.com. If it is determined that your order was incomplete, the missing portion will be sent to you at no additional charge.



What if my order arrives damaged?

In the event that all or part of your order should arrive damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund. You will need to return the damaged product to InkaCulture at our expense. Please refer to “return policies” topic in our About Us page.



What if I receive the incorrect product(s)?

In the event that you receive a product other than the one that you ordered, the correct product will be sent to you at no additional charge. You will need to return the incorrect product(s) at InkaCulture at our expense. Please refer to “return policies” topic in our About Us page.



Will InkaCulture and/or CCNOW ever give out my personal information to third parties?

InkaCulture and CCNOW will never release any personal information (including your home address, email address, and phone number) to any third party.

How can I tell the actual size of a product?

It is very important that you look at the size of a product before making a decision about whether to purchase it. Because miniature object can appear to be the same size as full-size object, so you should be very careful when picking out products.


All our products do come with size and weight specifications, however, so be certain to make that one of the things you check when viewing a product. Of course, if you receive a product that is significantly larger or smaller than you had expected, you may always return the item.



What if I am looking for a specific product and I can't find it at InkaCulture? Can I make a special request?

If you have in mind a product which is not listed on our site, then you may submit a special request by contacting us through our Contact Us page selecting “special request for product(s) not listed on this site” topic. Please include your email address and as much information as possible about the product or line of products that you would like to see available for purchase at InkaCulture.


Our support team will examine your requests and will explore the possibility of adding the requested products. If the product you have requested becomes available at InkaCulture, we will send you an email notifying you so that you will be the first to know of its availability!


While we will look into each special request, we cannot guarantee that all requests will lead to the requested product or products being listed at InkaCulture.
